Do I pay postage?
If you pay postage, the card must say so. Ordinary postage can still be called free when the shipping was not inflated to hide a price. A handling fee that matches the product's price is a purchase.
Why is the list short?
Unverified samples are worse than an empty list. Editors add a card when the brand page is live.
