Chipotle Rewards has included a birthday reward in the app for members who have a birthday on the account.
Enter the birthday when you join, not on the day you want the meal. The app decides whether a reward appears. You check it in the Chipotle app.
Open the reward in the Chipotle app and apply it to an order. In-store staff redeem what the app shows, not a verbal request.
The rewards account is free. You pay for anything the reward does not cover, including extra portions or a delivery fee.
Before you rely on it
- Delivery fees are not part of a free entrée reward.
- One account per person. Do not create a second profile to repeat a birthday.
