Dunkin' Rewards has offered a birthday reward, often a drink, to members with a birthday on the account.
Add the birthday in the Dunkin' app ahead of the date. Same-day signups are a common reason a reward never shows. You check it in the Dunkin' app.
Redeem the reward in the Dunkin' app when you order. Show the app in the shop if you are not using mobile order.
The program is free to join. You pay for food or customizations the reward does not include.
Before you rely on it
- The reward expires on the date in the app.
- Points and birthday rewards are different. Points are not the free item.
